The Misonix SONASTAR^® HF uses ultrasonic technology to provide powerful and precise aspiration and efficient removal of parenchymal tissue in the least traumatic way. Dynamic tissue management enables intuitive control over loading characteristics from delicate tumour removal over vessel sparing tissue emulsification to debulking of calcified tumours. SONASTAR^® HF offers a wide range of aspiration tips, including straight, short and long, curved extended precision tips to address most delicate surgical needs. Different combinations of tip/handpiece allow the user to use the aspirator for both laparoscopic and open surgeries.

The SONASTAR^® HF can also be used to cauterize by unipolar method (the system is compatible with most electrosurgical units) and flush the tissue using the wireless footswitch.
