The ECM accredited event was organized, with the unconditional contribution of Biomedica Italia and Gunze Limited, by the Plastic Surgery Complex Operative Unit of the Padua University Hospital directed by Prof. Franco Bassetto, with the aim of increasing the interest in the study of a discipline, Orthoplasty, which combines the skills of orthopedists with those of plastic surgeons to ‘save’ the limbs.

Multidisciplinarity in the surgical field is a very important aspect to improve the quality of patient care.
