Percutaneous Interspinous Stabilization and Fusion System

QFusion is a percutaneous interspinous-interlaminar fusion device intended for fixation of the lumbar spine by promoting bone arthrodesis.

The innovative design of the QFusion system allows the device to be braced with a percutaneous technique with a lateral approach, safeguarding the supraspinatus ligament.

QFusion is made entirely of titanium and its geometric shape limits extension movements and reduces stress on the joint facets.

The two squared wings, equipped with metal teeth, a perfect anchorage to the spinous processes, avoiding the prompt dislocation of the device and favoring the discharge of the lessons.

Thanks to a particular opening and closing mechanism, the QFusion is completely removable both intraoperatively and postoperatively.

An innovative “jewel” with sophisticated mechanics, entirely built in tianium.
The double trapezium “claws” the interspinous processes into extreme fixation.

The graphic repesentation of the “force fields” gives us an idea of the solidity of the stabilization obtained with the QFusion device.
The QFusion is a percutaneous non-peduncolar interspinous sttabilization and fusion system intended to promote interspinous arthrodesis, i.e, fusion between the spinous of the lumbar spine, in the following cases:

  • degenerative intervertebral disc disease (DDD)
  • canal and foraminal stenosis
