Today the two companies of the AddLife group Biomedica Italia Srl and MBA Italia Srl, join forces and merge into Biomedica Italia Srl.

Biomedica Italia Srl is a new company established on December 1st 2020, following the acquisition of the distribution of medical devices for surgical specialties business from the Siad Group.  On July 1st 2022 the “ex-WellSpect” business from Mediplast Italia Srl, another company of the AddLife group, was integrated into Biomedica Italia.

With this new reorganization, Biomedica Italia, part of the AddLife group, combines all the group’s products distribution activities for surgical specialties into a single entity, stronger, more competitive and with great opportunities for future development
